JAMES L. (JAY) DOBSON, Managing Director, is an Equity Research Analyst
covering the electric power industry for Deutsche Bank Securities in New
York City. He has over 13 years of investment experience in the electric
power industry. In 2001, Mr. Dobson was ranked runner-up in the
Institutional Investor All-American Research Team poll and has been
ranked in the poll since 1994. Mr. Dobson joined Deutsche Bank in
October 2000, and is responsible for leading the North American research
effort on electric power-related equities. He holds the designation of
Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Finance from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, in
1988. Mr. Dobson currently serves on Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham's
Electricity Advisory Board. He is a member of the New York Society of
Security Analysts, the Wall Street Utility Group and the Association for
Investment Management and Research. He has been interviewed on CNBC,
CNN, CNNfn, Bloomberg News Radio, Dow Jones News, and Reuters News, and
is quoted regularly in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and
USA Today. He has also testified before the New Jersey Board of Public
