ALLAN F. HICKOK is a Managing Director and Senior Research
Analyst focused on the restaurant industry sector. He joined U.S.
Bancorp Piper Jaffray's Fundamental Equity Research Department in
January 1992, where he concentrates on the restaurant industry.
Relying on more than 16 years of Wall Street experience, Mr.
Hickok is widely acknowledged by institutional investors and
restaurant companies as one of the most influential industry
analysts in America today. He is a four-time All-Star Analyst as
chosen by The Wall Street Journal and a recipient of many other
honors, and he is a frequent speaker at industry events. Prior to
joining the Research Department, Mr. Hickok worked in the
Investment Banking Department and focused on the private
placement of structured finance products, including financings
for several major restaurant and retail chains. He earned his
undergraduate degrees in Music and Business and his MBA in
