Christopher P. Haley is Managing Director of Real Estate
Securities Research at Wachovia Securities, Inc. Mr. Haley joined
First Union (renamed Wachovia Securities in 2001) in early 1993
after three years at Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he was a senior
research associate in the Natural Resource group. He is a member
and contributing editor to AIMR (Association of Investment and
Management Research) and its Continuing Education series, a
graduate of Harvard University's Executive Management Series; and
is a currently a member of NAREIT, and several Financial Analyst
Societies. Mr. Haley's insights in the real estate securities
markets have been used in many real estate and investment
periodicals, including the Wall Street Journal, Barron's
financial weekly, and Investor's Business Daily. Mr. Haley has
his graduate degree from Villanova University, PA. Profile
