SCOTT DAVIS, a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, joined the firm in 1996
and currently covers the packaging and containers industry. Mr. Davis
earned a second place ranking in the 2001 Institutional Investor All-
America Research Team survey, improving on his "Up and Comer"
recognition in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davis worked for
Barra RogersCasey as an institutional pension consultant and as a
financial consultant in Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group. Mr. Davis
earned a BS in Economics from Lehigh University, holds the Chartered
Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the New York Society of
