HAMPTON C. ADAMS, III, is an Executive Director in the Equity Research
Department of CIBC World Markets covering the Communications Software
sector. Mr. Adams has over six years of experience covering this sector,
first at ING Baring Furman Selz, then Volpe Brown Whelan and now at CIBC
