Greg Henslee is CEO and Co-President of O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. Mr. Henslee began his automotive career 31 years ago as a Service Adviser and Assistant Service Manager at a General Motors dealership in Springfield, Mo. He later joined Montgomery Ward and helped manage their automotive service center in Springfield. In that capacity, Mr. Henslee was a customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts and, desiring to join a locally owned business, he decided to start a career at the growing chain in 1984. He was a Parts Specialist at the original O'Reilly store, and through 1989 he served in several positions in retail store operations in the Springfield area. By then, the company had grown to almost 100 stores, and he advanced to the position of Store Operations Manager. Over the past 25 years, he has served in several positions, including Director of Store Operations, Vice President of Store Operations, Senior Vice President and, since July 1999, as Co-President of the company. Mr. Henslee: Our company started in 1957 as a single parts store owned by the O'Reilly family here in Springfield,
