DAVID KANG is a Research Analyst covering fiber optic communications
groups at Roth Capital Partners since October 2001. Prior to joining
Roth Capital Partners, he was with ABN AMRO and The Seidler Companies as
a fiber optics analyst. In addition, he was with Rockwell International
as a System Engineer. At ABN AMRO, his coverage included JDS Uniphase,
SDL, Newport Corp., Digital Lightwave, Corning, AXT and Aeroflex. Mr.
Kang received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
from California Institute of Technology and received his Master of
Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern
California. In addition, he received his MBA from California State
