Michael J. Degen has been President and CEO of Nortech Systems, Inc., since 2002 and a Director of the company since 1998. Nortech Systems is a full-service electronics manufacturing services provider of wire and cable assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies, higher-level assemblies and box builds for a wide range of industries. Mr. Degen has nearly 40 years of manufacturing and industrial experience, including a 17-year career with The Toro Company, where his positions included Managing Director of Worldwide Parts and Operations.
