Jerry He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Noah Education Holdings Ltd. on April 1, 2011, after serving as Chief Financial Officer from November 2009. He joined Noah as Executive Vice President in July 2009. Prior to joining Noah, Mr. He was a Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management and was previously at The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. Before his career in the financial industry, Mr. He worked as a management consultant at ZS Associates, and he served as Senior Director at Verispan, L.L.C. Prior to that, he was a Senior Market Researcher at Research International and a Senior Consultant at NDCHealth.
