STEPHEN KAMMAN is an Executive Director at CIBC World Markets, covering

associated with Telecom Services research and MCI Telecommunications
Corp. where he worked on acquisitions and new ventures with a focus on
new data technologies. He also managed wireless strategy and spectrum
auctions at Avantel, an MCI Joint Venture in Mexico, and worked for the
Telecom and Technology practice of Andersen Consulting's strategy
consulting arm in New York and Melbourne. Mr. Kamman received a BA in
both Economics and History from Yale University and an MBA from the
