Angeliki Frangou is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. and has served in that position since 2005. In addition, she is the Chairman and CEO of Navios Maritime Partners L.P. and the Chairman and CEO of Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation, both of which trade on the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Frangou is a member of the board of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association (Bermuda) Limited and Vice Chairman of China Classification Society Mediterranean Committee, and a member of the Hellenic and Black Sea Committee of Bureau Veritas as well as a member of Greek Committee of Nippon Kaiji Kyokai. Ms. Frangou received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University, summa cum laude, and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University.
