REBECCA G. FOLLOWILL is an Assistant Vice President of Merrill Lynch.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, she was associated with various Tenneco
divisions including Tenneco, Inc., Tenneco Gas Pipeline and Tenneco Oil
Company. A registered Petroleum Engineer in the State of Texas, Ms.
Followill earned her Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from
Texas A&M University and her M.B.A. from the University of Houston. Profile
DONATO J. EASSEY is First Vice President of Merrill Lynch where he is a
member of the Merrill Lynch Fundamental Equity Research Department.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he was associated with Duff & Phelps/
MCM Investment Research Co. and Transco Energy Company. Mr. Eassey
earned his BBA degree from the University of Texas, San Antonio after
serving in the US Air Force. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife
