MURRAY DEMO, Senior Vice President and CFO of Adobe Systems
Incorporated, has worldwide responsibility for Adobe's finance, investor
relations, information services, purchasing, facilities, manufacturing
and order management organizations. Mr. Demo joined Adobe in 1996 as
Director of Operations and Finance before becoming Vice President
Corporate Controller in 1998 and, ultimately, Senior Vice President and
CFO in June 2000. Mr. Demo has more than 15 years of financial
management experience in a variety of industries, and before coming to
Adobe, he was Director of Finance for Miller Freeman, Inc., a division
of United News & Media, London, England. In addition, he has held senior
finance positions with subsidiaries of First Financial Management, Dun &
Bradstreet and General Motors Hughes Electronics Corporation. Mr. Demo
holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California,
Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Profile
