MICHAEL WEINSTEIN is President and CEO of Ark Restaurants Corp. He began
his career as a restaurateur in 1975 when he opened the Museum Caf on
the Upper West Side in New York City. He gradually grew his business
into what is now the publicly owned Ark Restaurants Corp., which he
launched in 1982. Through its subsidiaries, Ark owns and operates 22
restaurants and bars, 26 fast food concepts, catering operations, and
