MICHAEL A. PETRULLO is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer of Kroll Inc. He was appointed to this position in December
2002, after having been named Deputy COO in June 2002. He served as
Acting Chief Financial Officer since November 2001, and Vice President
and Controller since August 2001. He was Vice President-Finance for
Kroll's Investigations and Intelligence group from February 1999 to
August 2001. He served as Assistant Controller of Kroll Associates from
April 1995 to February 1998, when he was promoted to Controller. Prior
to joining Kroll in 1995, he spent five years in the Audit/Assurance and
Forensic Accounting practices of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Profile
