MICHAEL C. PALITZ is Executive Vice President and Treasurer of
Financial Federal Corporation and its subsidiaries. He was one of
the original founders of the company in 1989 and served as its
CFO from the company's inception through September 2000. Prior to
founding FFC, Mr. Palitz had previously held several positions
with both Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank) and Chemical
Bank (now JP Morgan Chase). Mr. Palitz has a Bachelor's degree in
Economics from Dartmouth and holds an MBA in Finance from the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Palitz also
serves on the Board of a holding company for a federally

Mr. Palitz: We started Financial Federal in 1989 and many of
