MICHAEL P. WALSH is Founder and Managing Partner of Kilkenny Capital
Management, LLC, a firm that manages more than $100 million of assets
invested in the biomedical technology sector. Mr. Walsh has spent the
last 18 years working in both the securities and biomedical industries.
Prior to founding Kilkenny, Mr. Walsh was a Vice President and Senior
Biotechnology Research Analyst with Robertson Stephens & Company, where
he was instrumental in raising capital for emerging biotechnology
companies. He joined Robertson Stephens after working with Avalon
Ventures as a venture Capitalist and Entrepreneur. Previous experience
includes Director of Corporate Development at Dionex Corporation, a
manufacturer of scientific instruments used in biomedical research, and
Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance department at Drexel Burnham
Lambert. Mr. Walsh received an AB Degree, cum laude in Chemistry, from
Harvard College and an MBA degree, with distinction, from Harvard
