MICHAEL J. YOMAZZO is President and Chief Executive Officer. He is
responsible for the Company's worldwide operations. A director of the
corporation for more than 20 years, he has served in various executive
positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Administration, and Vice-
President-Sales/Marketing. Throughout his long association with
Photronics, Mr. Yomazzo has made significant contributions to the
Company's growth and success. He has been instrumental in forming its
national and international sales organization, developing its expansion
in advanced photomask manufacturing technology, completing a number of
public stock and convertible debt offering and negotiating nine
acquisitions. Before joining Photronics, Mr. Yomazzo held management
positions at several financial institutions, including Bankers Trust
Company and Danbury Bank & Trust Company. Active in several community
organizations, Mr. Yomazzo has contributed his time and energies to the
Lions Club, United Way and the YMCA. He also is a member of the Western
Connecticut State University 100 Society, the fund raising committee for
St. Joseph's Men's Club, a past board member of BACUS (the international
society for microlithography), and the Advisory Board of Nutmeg Federal
Savings and Loan. Mr. Yomazzo earned his B.S. degree from Fordham
University and graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at
