MICHAEL J. CASEY, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
MAPICS, Inc., is responsible for financial operations, which encompasses
business planning, performance analysis, corporate governance and
control, business financing, external and investor relations and risk
management. Mr. Casey directed all financial, human resource, IT,
facilities and administrative activities for iXL, the global Internet
services consulting firm. Previously he has served as Chief Financial
Officer of Manhattan Associates, Inc., and IQ Software Corp., a
developer of business intelligence software. Mr. Casey began his career
at Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in serving the technology and
communications industries. Mr. Casey earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia and
