MICHAEL BAKER joined ArthroCare Corporation in July 1997 as President
and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Baker has led the company to
successfully leverage its patented Coblation' technology to capitalize
on a multi-billion dollar market opportunity across several medical
specialties. He was previously Vice President, General Manager of the
Coronary Vascular business unit at Medtronic, Inc., a medical technology
company specializing in implantable and invasive therapies. During his
eight-year tenure with Medtronic, Mr. Baker held a variety of positions
including vice president of Medtronic's Venture Division and director of
corporate development and strategic planning. Prior to joining
Medtronic, he was a management consultant at the Carroll Group. Mr.
Baker holds an undergraduate degree from the United States Military
Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Business Administration

TWST: Could you give us a short overview of Imaging Dynamics and somebiographical background on yourself?
Mr. Baker: IDC, Imaging Dynamics Company, Limited, is a company that is
dedicated to
