Robert B. Ladd, CFA, is a Director and Interim CEO of MGT Capital Investments, Inc. Currently, Mr. Ladd is also the Managing Member of Laddcap Value Advisors, LLC, which serves as the investment manager for various private partnerships, including Laddcap Value Partners LP, and he sits on the board of Delcath Systems, Inc. He is a former Director of In-Focus Systems. Prior to forming his investment partnership in 2003, Mr. Ladd was a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman Group LLC, a large international money management firm catering to individuals and institutions. From 1992 through November 2002, Mr. Ladd was a Portfolio Manager for various high net worth clients of Neuberger Berman. Prior to this experience, he was a securities Analyst at Neuberger from 1988 through 1992. Before joining Neuberger Berman, Mr. Ladd was a Vice President and securities Analyst at Deutsche Bank, E.F. Hutton & Co., and Duff & Phelps Corp. Mr. Ladd graduated with honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in economics in 1980. He received his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 1983. In 1986, Mr. Ladd earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
