GIRISH TYAGI is a Health Care Analyst in the Equity Research Department
of ABN AMRO, where he is responsible for the coverage of cardiac device
manufacturers. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced medicine for
over 20 years in the UK and in Boston. He holds Board Certification in
Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Tyagi was on the staff
of the Harvard Medical School, affiliated with Beth Israel Hospital,
where he held the position of Chief of Body Computed Tomography. He was
also Chairman of the Radiology Quality Assurance Committee at St.
Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA. Dr. Tyagi received his M.D. degree
from the University of Delhi and his M.B.A. from Northeastern
University. His research articles have been published in scientific
journals, including 'Clinical Radiology,' 'Urology' and 'Cancer.' He is
a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and a member of the Royal
College of Physicians. Dr. Tyagi is married, has four children and
includes lyrics of Hindi songs, mathematical puzzles and cricket among
