David Schramm joined Maxwell Technologies, Inc., as President and CEO in 2007, after spending most of his 36-year career in senior management and engineering positions with General Motors and its primary Tier I parts supplier, Delphi Automotive Systems. More recently, Mr. Schramm was President and CEO of both EADS North America Defense Test and Services, the U.S. subsidiary of the corporate parent of Airbus, and Arrowhead Products Corp., a supplier of specialty systems to the aerospace and automotive industries. Mr. Schramm holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, in Terre Haute, Ind., and a master's degree in management from Stanford University, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
