Matthew T. Haynes is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Franklin
Mutual Advisers, LLC (Mutual Series). Mr. Haynes is a co-Manager of
Mutual Beacon Fund. Prior to joining Mutual Series in 2001, Mr. Haynes
was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of international equities at
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Advisors in New York. He was also co-Manager
of two global equity mutual funds. He has 12 years of experience in the
financial services industry. Mr. Haynes received a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Finance from William Paterson College of New Jersey. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Haynes is a member of the Association
for Investment Management and Research, the New York Society of Security
Analysts and the International Society of Financial Analysts. Profile
