MARTIN E. JUDGE, JR., started what is now The Judge Group, Inc., in
March 1970 and has been CEO and Chairman of the Board since that time.
Initially the company started out as a high-tech permanent placement
company. In 1985 Judge entered the IT contract staffing services
business. In September 1996 Berkeley Training Center was purchased. On
February 14 1997, The Judge Group became a public company. In 1997 Judge
started developing JUDGE.com, the Internet Web 'based products division
of the Judge Group. ITNET.com, a licensed IT Job Board, and eHCM, a
Web'based electronic human capital management product were developed
during this time. Mr. Judge attended Villanova University and graduated
with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in marketing in 1968. Profile
