MARSHALL B. FRONT has been Chairman of Front Barnett Associates LLC
since its founding in 1994 as Trees Front Associates. Prior to founding
the firm, he held positions with Stein Roe & Farnham Incorporated ' 1964
to 1994, where he was Executive Vice President and member of the
Executive Committee, President of Stein Roe & Farnham Investment Counsel
and Senior Executive Vice President. Mr. Front was assigned to the
Chicago office of Booz Allen & Hamilton Incorporated from 1961 to 1991.
He earned a BA at Columbia College, New York, where he majored in
Economics with a minor in American History. He received his MBA from
Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where he majored in
Financial Analysis. He also attended Bernard Baruch School of Business
Administration, City of New York and Resident Staff Counselorship at
Columbia University awarded him a teaching fellowship. Mr. Front resides
in Chicago, Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Club, The Arts Club,
Saddle and Cycle Club, the Economic Club of Chicago and the Investment
Analysts Society of Chicago. He is a recipient of the John Jay Award for
Professional Accomplishment and Alumni Gold Medal, Columbia University;
Edwin S. Van Gorder Medal and first recipient of the Marshall B. Front
Award for Extraordinary Trustee Stewardship, The Latin School of
