ANTHIA CHRISTIAN covers North American Business Services companies for
Credit Suisse First Boston as part of the firm's Global Services group
in equity research. Her areas of focus include advertising and marketing
services, customer relationship management outsourcing, and information
services. Ms. Christian placed third in The Wall Street Journal 'Best on
the Street' analyst survey for stock picking in the Industrial and
Commercial Services category. She joined the CSFB equity research team
in June 2000 to cover the advertising and marketing services industry.
Prior to this, she served in a similar capacity with William Blair & Co.
for three years. Prior to William Blair, Ms. Christian worked in the
Investment Banking division of Salomon Smith Barney focusing on emerging
growth companies and in the Real Estate Investment Banking division at
Bankers Trust. She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She
earned dual degrees at the University of Pennsylvania: a BS in Economics
from the Wharton undergraduate division and a BA in Regional Science
from the College of Arts and Sciences. Profile

Ms. Christian: In terms of
