MARK L. YOSELOFF is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shuffle
Master, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in the design,
development and manufacturing of electronic games. He was a senior
executive of Coleco Industries for eight years, and an independent
designer and consultant, most recently through his company, Advanced
Gaming Concepts. His work has resulted in the creation of more than 150
electronic game products as well as video products for leading gaming
companies. Mr. Yoseloff taught Mathematics and Computer Science at
Princeton University and Arizona State University and is the co-author
of a college text on discrete mathematics and probability theory. He
received BA and MA degrees in Mathematics from the University of
Pennsylvania and a Doctorate in Mathematics from Princeton University. Profile
