MARK DOUGLAS WOODBURN became a Director of Natural Health Trends Corp.,
in August 2000, and in September 2000 became President and Chief
Executive Officer of the company. He attended Ohio State University as a
Finance major. Mr. Woodburn, after leaving college early, worked as
Secretary and Director of Kaire International, Inc., from 1992 to 1999.
Mr. Woodburn was also the Assistant Secretary of Trans Energy, Inc.,
from 1992 until 1996. Mr. Woodburn's responsibilities included mergers,
acquisitions and venture capital funding in his various capacities. He
became Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Natural Health Trends
