MARK A. WESKER co-founded Sequoia Software Corp. and has been its
President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director since joining the
company in November 1992. Prior to joining Sequoia Software, he was an
attorney with the law firm of Miles & Stockbridge from May 1986 to
November 1992. Mr. Wesker received his BA in Political Science from The
George Washington University and his JD from The University of
