MARK J. O'BRIEN is President and Chief Executive Officer for Pulte
Homes, Inc. Mr. O'Brien began his career as President of the West
Florida Division in 1982. Since then, he has held several senior
management positions, including President of the Florida Region,
President of Pulte Home East, Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer and President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to
joining Pulte Corporation, he served as a President of a large Florida
community developer and homebuilder and as a Senior Vice President of
mortgage banking and real estate lending/venture company. Mr. O'Brien is
