VINCENT KIERNAN has served as Vice President of Finance of Anteon
International Corporation since May 2001. He joined Anteon in 1998 as
Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining Anteon, Mr. Kiernan was
a Managing Director at KPMG Peat Marwick where he provided cost and
pricing control reviews, claim analysis, accounting/contract management
and general consulting services to a wide array of clients including
both government contractors and commercial enterprises. From 1989 to
1995 Mr. Kiernan was a Director for Coopers & Lybrand Financial Advisory
Services practice. From 1985 to 1989 he was a consultant with Peterson &
Co. Consulting where he worked on various projects including incurred
cost reviews and business profitability analyses. From 1980 to 1983 Mr.
Kiernan was a Contract Representative for a large subsidiary of Figgie
International where he specialized in the preliminary design and
contract management of systems. Mr. Kiernan is a Certified Management
Accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. He
received his MBA from the College of William and Mary in 1985. He
received his BS degree in Business from Wake Forest University in 1980. Profile
MARK D. HEILMAN has served as Senior Vice President for Corporate
Development of Anteon International Corporation since 1998. He is a
member of Anteon's Acquisition Review Team and has played a key role in
developing the company's highly disciplined approach for reviewing
potential acquisitions. From 1991 to September 1998, Mr. Heilman was a
partner and principal of CSP Associates, Inc. where he specialized in
strategic planning and mergers and acquisition support for the
aerospace, defense and information technology sectors. From 1987 to
1991, Mr. Heilman was Vice President and an Executive Director of Ford
Aerospace and Communications Corporation. Profile
