MARK BAILEY has been President and Chief Executive Officer since 1995 of

and a BSc in Geology and has a highly successful 24 years' experience in
exploration, development and management of mineral resources, working in
Latin America and overseas. Mr. Bailey is highly respected for his
technical competence with an aptitude for maximizing the effectiveness
of exploration programs and budgets. He is professionally affiliated
with the Society of Economic Geologists, Geological Society of America,
Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico and the Prospectors and

Mr. Bailey: Minefinders is a junior exploration company that, although
not currently in production, is
