She is Portfolio Manager of the J.P. Morgan U.S. Small Company
Opportunity Fund. An employee of the firm for the past five years, Ms.
Durcanin has also served as an equity research analyst. She holds a
Bachelors degree from California Polytechnic State University and
attended University of Wisconsin for her Master's in Finance. Ms.

MARIAN U. PARDO is Managing Director with J. P. Morgan & Co.
Incorporated and heads the Small-Cap Equity Group that currently manages
over $6.6 billion in assets for institutional and individual clients.
Prior to assuming this role, she managed equity and convertible funds
and large-cap equity portfolios for individual clients, the Pierpont
Equity Fund, and the U.S. Equity Fund for institutional investors. Ms.
Pardo has been with J.P. Morgan since 1968, having joined the investment
management business in 1980 as a research analyst. She holds a BA degree
