NANCY DREXLER, Director of Marketing at Cynergy Data, entered the
Cynergy family to manage its marketing and communications programs,
primarily by providing information and products that help ISOs grow
their business. She has over 25 years of experience in marketing,
holding positions such as Creative Director at an ad agency and
Marketing Director for such diverse organizations as a museum of modern
art, Metropolitan Home magazine, and The United Way. She was also
President of her own event marketing company. Profile
MITCHELL D. LEVY, Executive Vice President and Director of Business
Development at Cynergy Data, has an impressive array of experiences in
law, business and investment, including serving in senior executive
positions at Ark Restaurants Corp., a publicly-traded restaurant holding
company, and Newtek Capital, an acquirer and operator of early-stage and
startup businesses. He formerly practiced law as a partner at Salomon,

MARCELO PALADINI is the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of
Cynergy Data, an acquiror driven by goals of personal service and higher
moral standards. Cynergy Data provides an array of electronic processing
options, including credit, debit, EBT and gift card processing to agents
and merchants with unmatched integrity. Prior to Cynergy Data's launch
in 1995, Mr. Paladini established himself as a successful management
executive and entrepreneur, first in Argentina, his homeland, where he
served as Director of Media for an Argentinean advertising company, and
then in New York, where he developed an expert reputation in finance and
operations. Through his sales experience, Mr. Paladini recognized that
there were essential services and service levels missing from the
processing industry. He joined with John Martillo to found a processing
company with an innovative approach to customer service and agent and
merchant relationships. Today, he manages the growing staff of 90 at
Cynergy Data, currently processing over $1.6 billion annually , and
develops and launches new products. Mr. Paladini continues to call for
self-regulation in the processing industry, as honesty and integrity
