MARC J. FRATELLO is President, Chairman & CEO of PowerCerv Corporation.
From 1982 until 1992, Mr. Fratello worked as Director of Case/4GL
Marketing for Unisys Corporation. In 1992, Mr. Fratello left Unisys
Corporation to become the Founder, CEO and Chairman of PowerCerv
Corporation, a provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for mid-market
companies. As the first company to integrate front and back office
software, PowerCerv became the fastest growing technology company on the
West Coast of Florida. Mr. Fratello was, thereafter, awarded the honor
of Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of Florida. Mr. Fratello
received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall
College and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, from
