MARC A. GROSSMAN was named senior vice president-corporate affairs for
Hilton Hotels Corporation in September 1994. In this capacity, he
directs all community relations, financial communications, public
affairs/government relations, investor relations and corporate
communications for the world's largest lodging and casino gaming
company. He was most recently vice president-corporate affairs.
Previously, Mr. Grossman served as vice president-corporate
communications for Hilton Hotels Corporation, a position that he held
since July 1993. Prior to that, he was vice president-communications for
Hilton's gaming division. Mr. Grossman joined Hilton in 1992 after
serving as senior vice president with the pubic relations firm of
Burson-Martseller, where he directed corporate and public affairs
programs for the agency's West Coast clients. He was previously a vice
president with Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. in New York, and before that was
vice president-communications for the 1982 World's Fair in Knoxville,
Tennessee. During his 20-year public relations career, his agency
clients have included Anheuser-Busch, Philip Morris, Schick Division of
Warner-Lambert, Honda, Chevron and Levi-Strauss. Active in area business
and charitable organizations, Mr. Grossman serves on the liaison group
for the Los Angeles Business Advisors, is a member of the Board of
Directors of the Southern California Special Olympics, and chairs
Hilton's Contributions Review Committee. Mr. Grossman earned a
Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Southern
