Malcolm (Mike) E. Ratliff is Director and CEO of Tengasco, Inc. He
attended the University of Mississippi from 1965 to 1967. He has been
involved in the oil and gas business since 1974, initially as a
roustabout and then in developing oil and gas leases. In 1992 he was
involved with personal investments. In April 1995, he became associated
with the company and, after its merger with Onasco, served as a
consultant to the company's Board of Directors. Beginning March 13, 1997
he became an officer of the company. On April 21, 1998, at the request
of the company's Board of Directors, Mr. Ratliff agreed to become Chief
Executive Officer. Profile
TWST: Would you provide an overview of Tengasco, Inc., including itshistory, developments, markets, and your view of the firm's prospects?
Mr. Ratliff: Tengasco was formed in May 1995 as an
