M. JAMES CALL has served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of American Medical Systems Holdings since July
2001. From 1995 through May 2001, he was Chief Financial Officer
of Interventional Technologies Inc., a private company acquired
by Boston Scientific in April 2001. From 1990 through 1994, Mr.
Call was with Medalist Industries, as Vice President, Business
Planning and Development, Corporate Secretary, and, from 1992,
Chief Financial Officer. He holds a BA/BSc degree from Brigham
Young University, an MS degree from the University of Chicago,
and a nMBA in Marketing, Accounting and Finance from the
