Robert White is Partner and Portfolio Manager at Oldfield Partners LLP, specializing in Japanese equities. During a career that began at S.G. Warburg & Co./Mercury group in 1976, he has held various senior positions in the securities and investment industry all dealing with the Japanese market. Mr. White joined Oldfield Partners in August 2007 from Dalton Strategic Partnership. He has a degree in Japanese and economics from Sheffield University. He is a director of the J.P.
