LELAND H. FAUST is the Chairman and Founder of CSI Capital Management
and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolios.
Prior to founding CSI, Mr. Faust graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the
University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Economics. While at
Berkeley, he received Great Distinction in General Scholarship, as well
as distinction in the Honors Program in Economics. Mr. Faust went on to
graduate cum laude from Harvard Law School and to instruct a course in
United States Income Taxation at Harvard Law before focusing on the
investment arena. He is an avid swimmer, sports fan and
marathon/triathlon participant. Profile
DONALD P. HILL heads the Research Department for CSI Capital Management
and is responsible for overseeing their universe of stocks from which
CSI develops their core equity portfolio. He also determines the
criteria from which the companies are chosen for investment
consideration. Mr. Hill has over 30 years' experience in the securities
industry, including serving as a Board member and head of the
International Department of a member firm of the New York Stock
Exchange. He was involved in the founding of CSI in 1978. Mr. Hill
earned a BA degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the
University of California, Berkeley. He is a history buff, as well as a
sports fan and an avid swimmer. While at the University of Michigan, as
a member of the varsity swimming team, he was a four-time NCAA swim
champion and co-holder of a world record in freestyle. Profile
