JILL KRUTICK joined Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (then Smith Barney) in
1994 from Salomon Brothers (where she started in 1987) and has been an
analyst for over 15 years. Ms. Krutick specializes in the entertainment
and leisure industries. She has been ranked by Institutional Investor
since the inception of the leisure industry category five years ago and
three of those years as number one. In addition, Institutional Investor
has ranked Ms. Krutick in entertainment for seven out of the past 11
years. She was also ranked the number one All-Star Analyst in Fortune in
2001 for Entertainment and has been recognized by The Wall Street
Journal Poll several times. Ms. Krutick received a BS in Economics from
The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the
