LEIGH J. ABRAMS, since 1979, has been President, Chief Executive Officer
and a Director of Drew Industries Incorporated, a company with sales of
approximately $300 million, which manufactures a wide variety of
components for manufactured homes and recreational vehicles. Since 1994,
Mr. Abrams has also been President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
of LBP, Inc. Prior to the sale of its operating assets in 1998, LBP
manufactured a variety of specialty building products for the remodeling
and residential construction industry. In addition, since April 2001,
Mr. Abrams has been a Director of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. Impac is
a real estate investment trust, specializing in residential mortgages.
Mr. Abrams is currently the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the
YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester and also serves as a member of
the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Westchester County. Mr.
Abrams, a CPA, has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance,
