LAWRENCE R. CREATURA is a Portfolio Manager at Clover Capital
Management, where he co-manages the Clover Small Cap Value Fund. This is
a no-load mutual fund focused on small, undervalued stocks. From
inception to 9/30/99, the fund has posted an annualized return of 13.0%
vs. a 9.4% return for the Russell 2000. Prior to working for Clover
Capital, Mr. Creatura spent five years working as a laser engineer in
various positions in the Rochester area and Australia. He has a BS in
Optics and an MBA from the University of Rochester. Mr. Creatura is also
a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the Rochester Society
of Security Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and
Research. Through the Junior Achievement program, Mr. Creatura is a
volunteer high school economics teacher. He lives in Rochester with his
wife, Kate and their three children. In his spare time he enjoys running
and mountain climbing, having completed major climbs in Mexico, Alaska,
