LARRY JONES has been co-Chief Investment Officer of NCM Capital
Management Group, Inc., since 2001. Previously, he was President, Market
Strategist and Director of Research of The Kenwood Group Inc. Prior to
that he was associated with W.R. Lazard & Company, Equitable Capital
Management Corp. N.Y., Citibank NA, the Public Employees Retirement
System of Ohio, Procter & Gamble and Southern Illinois University, where
he was an Instructor. Mr. Jones received an MBA and a BS from Southern
Illinois University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member
of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, the Association for
Investment Management and Research, the New York Society of Security
Analysts, the Executive Club of Chicago and the New York Institute of
