Harvey Neiman is President of Neiman Funds Management LLC, adviser to the funds. Mr. Neiman and his son Daniel formed Neiman Capital Management in 2000, a registered investment adviser firm specializing in private portfolio accounts. They founded Neiman Large Cap Value Fund in April 2003, the first fund of Neiman Funds family of mutual funds. Their second fund, Neiman Balanced Allocation Fund, was launched in July 2010. Mr. Neiman entered the field of finance and investments in 1992, working on the retail side at Merrill Lynch, later at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and later at A.G. Edwards. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science in 1966 at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He was awarded his law degree in 1969, and later his LLM degree in taxation law in 1985, both from the University of San Diego School of Law.
