YOSSI LIPSKER is Vice President at Engemann Asset Management and one of
two Portfolio Managers for the small and mid-cap portfolios. He also
supervises the Research Analyst responsible for the healthcare industry.
He joined Engemann in 1995. Most recently, he received his Master's
degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from
Columbia Business School. While at Columbia he excelled academically,
gaining membership in both the Beta Gamma Sigma honors society and the
Dean's List. He is no stranger to Engemann Asset Management. While
pursuing his Master's degree, he worked for several summers at the
company in the research and operations areas. He also holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the Rabbinical College of

LOU HOLTZ is Vice President at Engemann Asset Management and a Portfolio
Manager for the small and mid-cap portfolios, the balanced portfolios
and the Focus Growth Fund. Prior to joining the company in 1996, he
spent three years as a business valuation analyst at a national
independent appraisal firm and one year as an analyst for a regional
real estate appraisal firm. He holds a BA degree in Business Economics
from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the
University of Southern California. He has earned the right to use the
Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of The Los
Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. Profile
