C. Park Shaper is President and a Member of the Office of the Chairman of Kinder Morgan, one of the largest pipeline transportation and energy storage companies in North America. Mr. Shaper's responsibilities include developing and executing the company's vision and strategy, and allocating capital to Kinder Morgan business units in a disciplined manner. Mr. Shaper joined Kinder Morgan in 2000 as Vice President and CFO. He was named to the Office of the Chairman in 2003, Executive Vice President in 2004 and President in 2005. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan, Mr. Shaper served as President and Director of Altair Corp., an enterprise focused on the distribution of Web-based investment research for the financial services industry. In addition, he served as Vice President and CFO for First Data Analytics, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Data Corporation. Mr. Shaper has also been a Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and in the strategic services division of Andersen Consulting. In addition, he has previous experience with TeleCheck Services, Inc. Mr. Shaper holds bachelor's degrees in industrial engineering and quantitative economics from Stanford University.
