Andrew DiZio, CFA, joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in 2007 as a Senior Research Analyst covering the equity REIT sector. Mr. DiZio focuses on shopping centers, triple-net and multifamily REITs. Prior to joining Janney, he worked in the securities lending department at Vanguard. Mr. DiZio received a B.S. in finance and economics from The Pennsylvania State University, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
