KEVIN O'HARA is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer of Level 3 Communications, Inc., responsible for expanding Level
3's presence in the telecommunications industry. Level 3's emphasis is
on establishing an end-to-end facility based network optimized for
Internet Protocol (IP). Level 3's products and services are targeted at
the business community. Prior to joining Level 3, Mr. O'Hara was
President and CEO of MFS Global Network Services. GNS was the service
area of MFS responsible for planning, development, engineering and
operations of all MFS networks and services worldwide. Previously, Mr.
O'Hara has held the position of President, MFS Development, and Vice
President of Network Services for MFS Telecom. Prior to joining MFS at
the end of 1989, Mr. O'Hara held management positions with Peter Kiewit
Sons', Inc., Omaha, NE for 9 years. In his last position before joining
MFS, Mr. O'Hara served as the area manager for Kiewit Network
Technologies, Inc. with responsibility for the physical construction of
the MFS networks. Mr. O'Hara earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia and a
Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of
